Connect your apps.
Automate the work.

Build workflows that move work between your apps, with AI for the steps that need judgment.

Example workflow: support requests arrive by email, an AI Agent step sorts each one by priority, and the support team gets the update in Slack.

From repetitive work to a repeatable workflow.

Turn everyday requests into smooth, reliable workflows. Super Flows moves information between your apps and uses AI for the steps that need judgment, so your team can focus on what matters.

  1. 1

    Connect your apps

An admin connects each app once. Your whole team can use it in their workflows.

  2. 2

    Build the steps

Start with a template or build visually. Combine app actions, AI agents, conditions and delays.

  3. 3

    Set the work in motion

Run manually, on a schedule, from an app event or through the API. Follow every step as it happens.

Your apps do more together.

Connect the tools your team already uses. Share each connection across your organization’s workflows.

Built for the work between your apps.

Clear rules. Judgment when you need it.

Use app actions for predictable work and AI agents for requests that need interpretation. Both use your organization’s connected apps. An agent’s destructive action waits for an admin to approve it.

Example AI Agent instructions

Read the incoming request. Identify the issue and its priority. Give the support team a concise summary.

See what happened at every step.

Every step keeps its input and output, so you can follow a run and see exactly where an error occurred. Runs resume from their last completed step after a crash or redeploy, and delays wait without keeping a process running.

I’m having trouble with my payment and can’t access my account.

Completed steps are checkpointed. After a crash or redeploy, a run resumes from its saved progress.

What counts as an app subscription?

An app subscription listens for an event that starts a workflow, such as a new Gmail email. Workflows sharing the same app connection, event and filter count as one active subscription.

Every workflow run, including those with AI steps, uses your monthly run allowance.

A few things you might be wondering.

Which apps can it connect to?

The apps available through Super Connect. An admin connects each app once, and every workflow in the organization uses that connection.

Can an AI step do something destructive?

Not on its own. App action steps never offer actions an app marks as destructive. An AI agent can only be granted one by the workflow's builder, and every such call freezes until an organization admin approves it.

What happens when a step fails?

The run stops at that step and shows its input and the error, so you can see exactly where it broke. A crash or redeploy is not a failure: the run continues from the last finished step.

Do AI steps cost extra?

Free requires your organization’s own Vercel AI Gateway API key, which you add in Settings. Pro includes $5 of AI credit each month on our key, and you can also use your own. Model usage on your own key is billed separately to your AI Gateway account. Workflow runs with AI steps count toward the same monthly run allowance.

Can developers start runs from code?

Yes. Start any workflow through the API with an organization API key. It's the same API the dashboard uses.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. An owner or admin cancels from the Billing page, and Pro stays active until the end of the paid month.
