Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Super Flows for the use of https://superflows.app, its dashboard and its API. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.

Your account

You must give accurate account details and keep your password and organization API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and keys, including workflow runs started through them. Tell us at once if you believe one was compromised.

The service

Super Flows lets your organization build and run workflows that act in the apps you connect, including through AI agent steps. You decide which apps to connect, what each workflow does and who in your organization may build and run them. We provide the tools; the actions a workflow takes in your apps are yours.

Connected apps and AI

Connected apps are subject to their own terms, and you must have the right to let a workflow act in them. AI steps use third-party models. Their output can be wrong, and you should review any workflow before relying on it. Destructive app actions requested by an agent wait for an organization admin's approval, but approving them is your decision.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, send spam or unsolicited messages, access systems or data without permission, distribute malware, infringe anyone's rights, or circumvent plan limits or security measures. Do not resell the service or probe it for weaknesses without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Plans and payment

The Free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro is billed monthly per organization through Stripe, in US dollars, and renews until an owner or admin cancels from the Billing page. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid month; we do not refund partial months. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them.

Your content

You keep all rights to the workflows, data and content you add. You give us the permission we need to store and process them to run the service. We do not use your content to train models. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uptime or that it is error free. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Super Flows is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or for the actions workflows take in your apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your organization at any time from Settings, which ends these terms for it. We may end them if you break them and do not fix the breach within 14 days of notice, or at once for serious breaches. Sections on your content, liability and payment survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter we email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Using the service after that date means you accept them.
